Terms and Conditions for JouleMart Wallet Usage

The JouleMart Wallet (“Wallet”) is a digital credit system provided by JouleMart (J Match Industries) to facilitate smoother resolution of customer queries, including refunds for short supply due to No Stock Available or damaged items. By using the Wallet, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Wallet Usage

1.1 The Wallet is a digital credit system exclusively for use within the JouleMart B2B Application (J Match Industries) platform.
1.2 Credits added to your Wallet can only be used to make purchases on the JouleMart B2B Application (J Match Industries) platform.
1.3 Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Wallet is available to registered JouleMart (J Match Industries) customers who meet the eligibility criteria as determined by JouleMart (J Match Industries).
2.2 By accepting Wallet credits, you agree to use them solely for the purposes outlined in these terms.

3. Wallet Credits Addition and Expiry

3.1 Wallet credits may be added:

  • As a refund for short supply due to No Stock Available or damaged items.
  • As a goodwill gesture for resolving customer support queries.

3.2 JouleMart (J Match Industries) reserves the right to set an expiration date for any credits added to the Wallet. Expired credits will not be reinstated.
3.3 Customers can top up their Wallet using available payment methods on the JouleMart B2B Application (J Match Industries) platform.
3.4 Funds added through top-ups cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for cash.
3.5 Wallet top-up funds can only be used to make purchases on the JouleMart B2B Application (J Match Industries) platform.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds provided through the Wallet are final and cannot be reversed or converted into any other form of payment.
4.2 Wallet credits will be provided only after verification of claims, such as short supply due to No Stock Available or damaged material.
4.3 The decision to add credits to the Wallet lies solely with JouleMart (J Match Industries) and is final and binding.

5. Purchases with Wallet

5.1 Wallet credits can be used as full or partial payment for purchases made on the JouleMart B2B Application (J Match Industries) platform.
5.2 If the Wallet balance is insufficient to cover the total order amount, you must use an alternate payment method for the remaining balance.

6. Non-Transferability

6.1 Wallet credits cannot be transferred to other accounts, shared with other users, or converted to other payment methods.
6.2 Wallet credits are linked to the customer’s account and cannot be inherited, assigned, or transferred in case of account deactivation or deletion.

7. Fraud and Misuse

7.1 Any attempt to misuse the Wallet, including fraudulent claims for credits, may result in forfeiture of Wallet credits and/or account suspension.
7.2 JouleMart (J Match Industries) reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in cases of suspected misuse.

8. Modifications

8.1 JouleMart (J Match Industries) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Any changes to the terms will be communicated on the JouleMart platform, and continued use of the Wallet constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 JouleMart (J Match Industries) is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the misuse or unavailability of Wallet credits.
9.2 In case of technical issues, JouleMart (J Match Industries) will make reasonable efforts to resolve them but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Wallet will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
