JouleMart does not allow returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.
JouleMart will accept exchange of the products purchased through the website www.joulemart.in subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
– Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged condition.
– Buyer has to inform JouleMart of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 48 hrs. of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address.
– Such broken goods should be sent to “JouleMart” only after written email consent from JouleMart to send back the product.
– All exchanges will be made after the returned shipment of health shots is received by JouleMart. The courier charges for returning the broken cases will be borne by “JouleMart”.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases, and refund will be in the form of store credit:
– If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 20 days if JouleMart fails to ship the ordered products.
– If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days.
The amount will be refunded in form of store credit.
No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
– Refusal to accept the ordered items.
– In case the product has been tampered by the customer.
– Non- availability of recipient at the mentioned address.
– Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer
– Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
Shipment Returned Refund Policy
If in any case, the shipment booked by joulemart.in is returned due to undelivered by the logistic carrier, the buyer will get a full refund of the amount paid by him at the time of placing the order.
If it is established that the buyer has cancelled the order by contacting the logistic carrier or did not accept delivery when an attempt of delivery was done from the logistic company , in those cases when buyer has wilfully cancelled or not accepted the parcel , NO REFUNDS will be processed by joulemart.in

Lost Shipment Policy
If any shipment is booked by joulemart.in and is lost by the logistics company in transit , in such cases proper investigation will be done by us and if it is established that the buyer have not received the shipment full refund will be processed by joulemart.in.
